A native Northern Coloradoan, I was "farm raised" learning hard work, integrity and to always lend your neighbor a helping hand. Being a mother and grandmother, I'm family and community oriented. My first career of 25+ years was in education teaching, and while I was the teacher, I was taught every day as I saw all things fresh and new through the eyes of my students. During these years my husband and I gained experience in investment real estate - - which lead to my second career of 15+ years and counting. I have been a licensed realtor since 2002 and have certificates in Negotiations and Short Sales/Foreclosures, and am familiar with 1031 exchanges.
